Fabrication

Every Razorback frame starts as laser cut steel. Tubes and brackets are cut to exact dimensions, then jig built and welded in our Sunshine Coast workshop so each frame comes out straight, square and repeatable. We build off road buggy frames only, from Pro Buggy through to Class 10 and short course cars, and every frame leaves ready for engine and gearbox.
